GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before 4pm will, subject to availability, be despatched within the following 7 working days.

PAYMENT AND TAXES

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or with Runaway Coast Ltd Gift Vouchers. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£). All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 15%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

UK DELIVERY

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 72 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within seven working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Cost £4.95 per delivery address in the UK. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 7 working days for your delivery.

OVERSEAS, BFPO & NON-MAINLAND UK

Postage is charged at cost according to the postal address.  Please note BFPO and Ireland are included within the rates specified for Europe. We currently use Business Post for our International posting service.
